Note
1. In
case the person is Minor, any of the documents of any of the parents or
guardians shall be deemed proof of identity
2. In
case the person is Minor, any of the documents of any of the parents or
guardians shall be deemed proof of Address
3. In
case of an India citizen residing outside India, copy of Bank statement in
country of residence or copy of Non-Resident External (NRE) bank account
statements.
4. In
case of HUF an affidavit by the karta of the family stating the name, fathers name and address of all the coparceners
on the date of application along with 1 document out of the above
mention list as well as Identity and address proof of
Karta.
5. In
case of Company copy of
certification issued by MCA
6. In
case of Firm (LLP formed and registered in India)
copy of Partnership deed
and copy of registration
issued by the Registrar of the firm/LLP
7. In
case of AOP’s(Trust) formed or registered in India
copy of trust deed or copy of registration
certificate issued by charity commissioner
8. In
case of AOP(other than trust) or BOI or AJP formed or
registered in India copy of agreement or copy of
certificate issued by charity commissioner or registrar or
co-operative society or any other competitive society or any other document
originating from any central or state govt. dept. establishing identity and
address of such person.
